Overhead Conveyors
The overhead conveyors we manufacture have gained huge appreciation in the market for its qualitative features. These conveyors are capable of taking load upto 10000 lbs (live load and dead load with standard components). The products will be moved in a safe manner maintaining cleanliness and noiseless operation. These modular, highly flexible conveyors integrate both driven and non-driven lines to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

The conveyors are available in light duty as well as heavy duty design that can carry the material from one floor of the plant to another or even from one plant to another. These conveyors carry safe delivery without any spill outs or damage. The over head conveyors also find wide application in paint shops. Our range of conveyors is as follows:

Powered Conveyors
The powered conveyors that we manufacture are similar to the overhead conveyors but the powersied conveyors has rollers attached directly with stepper motors that help in moving the product. Each roller is places at an interval which is controlled automatically with the help of computerized controls.

Heavy Duty Conveyors
The overhead two wheel heavy duty conveyors we manufacture are an automatic and integrating space storing as well as delivering system. These are extensively used for delivery, lift, storage and scientific production management. The conveyors find application automobile industry. Power chain is use to operate these conveyors, which are X-348, X-458 and X-678. The loading capacity of these conveyors is ranging from 250 kgs, 1000 kgs and 4000 Kgs.

It has a tension unit which is fitted at the end of a 180 degree horizontal standard loop and compresses two short lengths of track, connected together by two adjustable sliding systems. These are attached with screws that are further fitted with springs.

The conveyor chain is available in the following specifications in terms of sizes such as:

• 348 (Capacity 100 Kg)
• 458 (Capacity 200 Kg)
• 678 (Capacity 600 Kg)

The conveyors have the capacity to carry load up to 1000 kgs or more when the two trolleys are attached. A T.E.F.C. Motor runs the drive unit machine. It also has a worm lessening gear box that is connected to the drive sprocket, with the help of "V" belts and "V" pulleys. Each of its unit is attached with a shear pin device that defends the conveyors from accidental damage caused due to overload or jamming.
